BREAD PIZZA

                                       
                                        
Thanks to Deepthi Rajeev & Sangeetha Sandeep for this recipe - it's so eye-catching, healthy and yummylicious(?!) that it is an irresistible treat for toddlers and elders alike!

This dish can be easily tried out by my friends in the West as all ingredients are easily available - anytime!

Ingredients 

  1. Bread slices – 14-16
  2. Orange bell peppers – 1- chopped fine)
  3. Yellow / red bell peppers – 1- chopped fine
  4. Green bell peppers – 1 – chopped fine
  5. Tomato – 1 giant-sized – chopped fine
  6. Shredded Mozzarella cheese – 12-14 tbsp
Method 

  1. Arrange the bread slices on the aluminium foil lined on a baking tray.
  2. Spread chopped green, orange & red/yellow bell peppers and chopped tomato pieces on the bread slices.
  3. Spread ¾ tbsp of shredded cheese on each slice.
  4. Set the tray in the oven and broil for 8 minutes.
  5. Check the slices – if they are not light brown & crisp, continue for another minute or two.
